I was given two days to find a completely new direction for the Prop Firm Expo identity.
At that point, I only had two fixed elements: a logo and a colour chosen by our stakeholders.
The challenge wasn’t simply to make the event look good. It needed to feel connected to our existing brands while still having an identity of its own—one that could scale as the event moved from city to city.
Around the same time, I kept seeing designers on X building custom tools with Claude Code.
So I decided to give it a try.
I took the risk of learning Claude Code and completely changed the way I approached the identity. Instead of designing every background, pattern, and motion individually, I wanted to build a system that could consistently generate them.
That led me to create a custom gradient tool.
That system became the foundation of the Prop Firm Expo identity. https://www.lazarstanisic.com/projects/prop-firm-expo
