I recently reworked a B2B fundraising deck. The original traction slide had four different metrics layered together under heavy gridlines.
We stripped away the noise, split the metrics into 2 clean blocks, and used color strictly to highlight the revenue trend ⚡
The new slide looked expensive. More importantly, it made their core argument impossible to miss 📊

The narrative hierarchy feels well considered—the deck moves from the human story into proof points without making the information feel heavy. I especially like how the green and yellow accents create a clear visual system across the different slide types.

A pivot table isn't a report until someone can act on it in under 10 seconds.
I see plenty of "analysis" that's really just raw data with filters applied, technically correct, practically unusable. The person opening it still has to do the thinking the analysis was supposed to do for them.
If the takeaway isn't obvious at a glance, it's not finished yet.
