Excited to share one of our recent engineering and design completions: a robust, high-performance e-commerce platform built for Tailor Holdings.
For modern online retail, a slow layout or confusing user journey means lost revenue. Our goal was to build a clean, lightning-fast digital storefront that feels premium, showcases complex product variations effortlessly, and guides users smoothly from discovery to checkout.
Key Highlights & Scope of Work:
Conversion-Focused UX/UI: Designed a minimalist and clean interface optimized for product categories (Serums, Creams, Moisturisers) with a strong visual hierarchy.
Complex E-commerce Architecture: Implemented advanced filtering, multi-layered product variations (size/pricing metrics), dynamic discounts, and seamless product comparison boards.
Mobile-First Responsiveness: Fully optimized for fluid performance on mobile devices—ensuring zero layout distortion during high-intent shopping sessions.
Performance Engineering: Built with scalability in mind, maximizing page loading speeds to support live promotional events and high traffic spikes.

⌘K spotlight with staggered entry animations, full keyboard nav, and a gold selection indicator that slides between items. Near-black glass. Electric gold accent. Press a key, feel in control.

Onboarding Stepper (Aurora Morphism)
Aurora blobs shift color as you progress through steps. Frosted glass card floats above the glow. Spring-driven transitions between steps.
Every component in this series gets a different design philosophy — no two consecutive builds share an aesthetic. Claymorphism → Neobrutalism → Dark Luxury → Aurora Morphism.
Built with React 19, Next.js 15, and motion/react. Zero CSS animations — every interaction is physics-driven.

The command palette is the strongest of the three. The moving gold indicator makes it easy to see where the keyboard has taken you; I'd also check that people can still follow it with the animation turned down.
