Spot on. For a long time, I thought 'Full Stack' meant saying yes to everything. The real shift happened when I stopped being a generalist for hire and started being a technical partner. Saying 'no' to projects that don't fit my stack was terrifying at first, but it’s exactly what opened the door for the high-value clients
