Branding and digital concept for a contemporary New York residential tower — Mercer St.
I moved away from traditional real estate aesthetics and leaned into something more cultural — closer to a fashion house or architecture studio. Editorial typography, restrained color palette, quiet luxury, and strong vertical rhythm shaped the system.
The goal:
redefine how contemporary residential developments can communicate —
not as property listings, but as design-led brands.
