WordPress Theme Development || The Biryani Centre | Authentic Indian Hospitality Platform
The Biryani Centre is a premier, authentic Indian restaurant brand in London, celebrated for its premium, slow-cooked traditional dum biryanis and home-cooked culinary style. Because the competitive restaurant sector depends entirely on appetizing visual storytelling, local brand trust, and immediate consumer action, relying on a bloated, off-the-shelf template was not a viable option.
The primary goal of this project was to move completely past rigid, pre-made themes to engineer a highly customized, requirement-driven WordPress ecosystem from the ground up. The framework needed to balance asset-heavy food showcases with frictionless, high-conversion pathways for table reservations and digital menu browsing.
Execution & Technical Architecture To translate the restaurant's vibrant brand identity into a high-performance digital flagship, I architected a bespoke WordPress solution prioritizing speed, administrative simplicity, and clean code.
