Yugo Operations Hub is a concept build — Yugo is fictional. I built this to see exactly how far Lovable could go for enterprise-grade internal tooling.
I gave myself a brief: a real-time operations platform for a student accommodation operator running 25 properties and 15,000+ beds across Europe. Compliance tracking, inspection management, AI reporting, issue resolution metrics — the full stack, solo, in a few days.
The answer is: it can go very far.
If you're reading this and run a property business — or any business with operations that live in spreadsheets and disconnected tools, this is the kind of thing I build for clients.

I wanted to make a photography website that felt more like an experience than a portfolio.
So I built CINÉRA — a cinematic photography studio website with a 3D gallery, interactive archive, real availability, and a complete booking flow.
You can explore the work, pick a date and time, add your shoot details, and get booked without the usual back-and-forth.
On the studio side, there’s a dashboard to manage bookings and inquiries, plus automatic booking confirmations to take a bit of the repetitive work off the photographer’s plate.
This was built for an appointment-based business challenge, and honestly, I had way too much fun making it.

Visual module cards win every time for user engagement—they give buyers an immediate sense of structural depth before they even enroll.
Sky is the limit? I just tried Opus 5.5 for the first time, and honestly… it’s insane. I designed the whole UI in Figma, animated it with a single prompt, created the presentation, and then asked Opus to add the mockup movement together with the UI animation.
Teams are going to become faster and more productive, but I think something even more interesting is happening: our ideas can go much further now. The gap between having an idea and actually bringing it to life is getting smaller and smaller.
I think one of the most important skills for designers now is taste, knowing what looks good, what feels right, what to keep, and what to remove. And who knows… maybe next month we’ll need to develop another skill.
