Gap analysis and mock audits/surveys to assess readiness
Development, writing, and review of policies and procedures (SOPs)
Designing, implementing, and monitoring KPIs and performance indicators
Data analysis to support quality improvement and decision-making
Patient safety and risk management enhancement
Workflow and process optimization for better efficiency
I combine policy development with data-driven KPI analysis to ensure that quality systems are not only documented for compliance, but effectively implemented in daily clinical practice.
