Project Overview
This project involved conducting a comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and User Experience (UX) audit for a premium Shopify jewellery store specializing in engagement rings, wedding rings, bespoke jewellery, and fine diamonds.
The objective was to optimize the shopping experience, strengthen customer trust, and increase conversions by identifying friction points throughout the customer journey. Since luxury jewellery purchases are high-value decisions, every design element and interaction needed to communicate elegance, credibility, and confidence while guiding visitors toward making an inquiry or purchase.
My Role
As a Shopify CRO Specialist, I performed an in-depth analysis of the website to identify opportunities that would improve user engagement, increase conversions, and maximize revenue.
