To reduce this constant load, I built an autonomous AI Support Agent on Telegram using n8n, connected to a structured Airtable knowledge base to deliver instant answers, open tickets automatically, and log all interactions. This cuts repetitive workload, frees IT time, and makes internal support faster and more efficient.
