One year ago, I worked on a project that is very close to my heart. The theme revolved around the capital of India and it's aesthetics presented in a contemporary style using traditional techniques. The print was made using the technique of block printing, presenting motifs that involved historical architectural figures like Humayun's Tomb and the modern buildings along with the usual autorickshaws seen in Delhi. The print on the fabric was the heart and soul of the project. I could have done much better with the silhouette I'd say. Anyways, that's all folks!
