SWED Stores is a cannabis retail brand with a strong lifestyle identity and ecommerce-focused shopping experience.
For this project, I worked on Shopify theme customization and frontend improvements to support a clean, responsive, and easy-to-navigate store experience. The goal was to make the website feel polished, brand-aligned, and simple for customers to explore products, deals, store information, and shopping options across desktop and mobile.
The work included Shopify theme adjustments, homepage section refinements, collection and product layout improvements, responsive styling, navigation updates, and frontend fixes to improve the overall shopping journey.
My focus was on keeping the website visually aligned with the brand while making the Shopify setup practical and easy to manage from the backend.

This collection includes multiple Shopify store design projects created as part of my practical learning and skill development in eCommerce design and branding.
These projects were built across different niches, including fashion (denim/jeans) and beauty & personal care (organic hair oil), to understand how design strategy changes based on industry, target audience, and product type.
The main objective of this work was to gain hands-on experience in building complete Shopify store structures, focusing on layout design, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Each store was designed with a niche-specific approach ā for example, the denim store emphasized modern, youth-focused branding and visual impact, while the hair oil store focused on trust, simplicity, and product clarity.

These projects helped me develop a strong foundation in creating functional, visually appealing, and conversion-oriented Shopify stores tailored to different industries.
Redesigned Zaffo Coffee's entire Shopify store from the ground up.
The goal: make the site feel as warm as the coffee, while actually driving online orders.
Stripped the homepage to essentials. One hero, one CTA, clear product paths. Built it in Figma, developed on Shopify, handed off specs through Zeplin.
Conversion-focused design isn't about removing personality. It's about removing friction.
This is really well executed š The idea of stripping it down to essentials while still keeping warmth in the branding is spot on. The balance between storytelling and conversion focus stands out a lot.
