A luxury property deserves a presentation that does it justice.
With SOLA – Architecture Studio & Luxury Real Estate, I wanted to bring the beauty of modern coastal architecture into the website itself.
From the large property images and soft blue tones to the clean layout across desktop and mobile, every part of the design helps create a calm, premium feel while making the homes the centre of attention.
I like how the website brings architecture and digital design together, giving visitors a chance to explore the properties before making an enquiry.
If you were looking for a luxury home, would a website like this make you more interested in the property?

Incredible work, you transformed SOLA into a premium property brand.
A preview of a bespoke home office concept designed to balance executive presence with creative vibrancy. In this project, the goal was to craft a dedicated workspace that feels both highly professional and uniquely inspiring, tailored for remote executives and independent creators.
Key design decisions & details:
The Statement Desk: A custom, curved executive desk in high-gloss black and natural wood, creating a strong anchor for the room.
Art & Energy: A colorful, abstract patch artwork on the back wall to inject personality and creative inspiration into an otherwise minimalist setting.
Lighting & Atmosphere: Recessed warm spotlighting paired with a large window to invite natural lighting while keeping the workspace focused.
Texture Contrast: Rich, textured carpeting grounded by a classic door and artwork details to create a layered, "lived-in" premium feel.

IRFAN Luxury Design Studio - Brand Identity Concept
A gold monogram on a black storefront, with a studio inside, is a fun way to show the brand in the world. Blunt feedback: it is a rendered shopfront, so it shows ambition, not proof. A luxury designer is hired for judgment, and one real client identity beside this concept would do more than the nicest imagined building.
