Took about half a day to build end to end — the trickiest part was structuring the AI Analysis prompt to return consistent JSON for the Format Report step. Maintenance has been minimal, just occasional tweaks when the sheet structure changes.

Half a day end to end is impressively efficient. Consistent JSON is always the part that looks simple until one response breaks the next step. Did you add schema validation or retries before the report formatter?
