This video shows a Klaviyo email flow I built for my demo brand VERAÉ.
At the top you see "VERAÉ | FLOW | Welcome - Ritual". This is a welcome flow. It starts when someone joins the email list.
Here is what happens step by step:
Trigger: When someone is added to VERAÉ - Email list
Wait 1 min: System waits 1 minute so it does not send email immediately
W01 - Welcome Brand Introduction: First email with subject "Unlock the Secret to Gorgeous Hair" - Draft status. This email says "Your hair does not need more. It needs the right ritual."
After this email, the flow waits 1 day, then splits to different paths based on what the person does.
You can also see I turned on Smart Sending and UTM tracking, and the template is designed for VERAÉ - premium textured hair brand.
I built this as a demo to show how I set up Klaviyo flows from scratch. No real customers, no sales claims. Just the build process.
Introducing STANDLAB® — a live exhibition stand configurator built with Base44.
I designed STANDLAB to help teams shape a modular stand, see it in 3D, and understand the estimated cost as they build. You can choose a footprint, customize finishes, add and position modules, and...
Sanctum is a digital flagship designed for a luxury bespoke tattoo atelier, bridging traditional craft with cutting-edge web interactivity. At the core of the platform is an interactive 3D Anatomy Canvas that allows prospective clients to preview curated flash stencils and custom artwork directly on a realistic 3D human form in real time - complete with live rotation, scaling, anatomical placement, and automated session cost estimation.
Complementing the 3D studio is an end-to-end commission pipeline that carries client selections seamlessly into a multi-step intake and reservation deposit checkout. The experience is rounded out by an editorial works archive, discrete atelier coordinates, and a clinical-grade "Living Aftercare" documentation hub, all wrapped in a dark, typography-driven aesthetic tailored for discerning collectors.
Your Kajabi sales page is the front door. Your checkout is where visitors take the next step. Conversion tracking tells you how far they get.
For Off The Pole Strength Training, I connected all three.
I designed and built a custom, mobile-first Kajabi landing page for a fitness membership, then connected its trial CTAs to Playbook checkout.
The build included:
• Custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside Kajabi
• Video testimonials and clear program previews
• Meta Pixel setup and conversion event tracking
• Checkout-click deduplication, so one click logs one event
• Desktop and mobile testing through the trial journey
One detail that mattered: I removed a “Help” link that led to checkout and could create misleading checkout-intent signals.
That's how I approach Kajabi sales funnels for coaches and course creators: connect the design, checkout, and measurement so the whole journey makes sense.
The page is live and the tracking is tested. Campaign performance comes next; these are implementation results, not a conversion-lift claim.
