Happy to share my new case study!
I recently collaborated with Areeb on his project, Stash or Pass, to help bridge the gap between a functional tool and a strategic talent narrative.
While the product had a fantastic UX, we identified a major opportunity to tackle "Talent Fatigue", the real pain point for recruiters today.
The Strategy:
We shifted the focus from a simple "portfolio review tool" to an elite "Talent Filter".
The Hook: Moved from "Add Portfolio" to a status-driven "Claim your spot in the Top 1%".
The Retention Loop: Designed a community series called "Weekly Featured Talent" to drive organic growth.
