That leaves people moving in with strangers whose habits, schedules, and lifestyles clash with their own, which is often the real reason living situations fall apart.

The Solution Find It flips the priority: instead of starting with listings, it starts with the person. Users get matched to rooms and roommates based on preferences, interests, living habits, and personal traits — so compatibility is baked into the search itself, not something you discover after moving in.
