India Health-Snacking Market: Competitive & Price Positioning
I conducted a market research analysis of India’s health-snacking category to understand how brands compete across price, protein content, product positioning and consumer claims.
I built a structured product database, standardized pricing to ₹/100g, compared protein density across brands, and coded key consumer-facing claims such as high protein, no added sugar, natural ingredients and low calorie.
The analysis identified clear differences between mass-market and premium products, highlighted brands offering stronger value-for-protein propositions, and uncovered potential market whitespace for affordable, high-protein and lighter snacking options.
The final output translates the data into a concise 6-slide market insights presentation, designed for a business/strategy audience.
