Comply.ai–AI Powered Compliance Management System

Comply.ai is an AI powered compliance management platform built to simplify how businesses handle policies, legal documents, and regulatory requirements. The goal was to create a centralized system where users can upload documents, organize them, run compliance checks, and get intelligent suggestions without relying on manual processes. The client wanted a scalable SaaS product that combines document management, AI assistance, and automation to reduce time, cost, and human error in compliance workflows.

One of the main challenges was ensuring that AI responses were accurate and context aware instead of generic. To solve this, I implemented a RAG based architecture that allows the system to retrieve relevant information from uploaded documents before generating responses using ChatGPT. This significantly improved reliability and made the AI useful for real business scenarios.

Another challenge was handling complex document structures and presenting results in a clear and user friendly way. I designed a clean dashboard with compliance scoring, issue detection, and actionable insights so users can quickly understand and fix problems.

The platform was built using MERN stack with seamless ChatGPT integration, custom GPT modules, and document intelligence workflows, delivering a production ready AI SaaS solution.
