One month on Contra. Top 5%. 5.0 rating. Here's what I actually learned.
The rating isn't about being perfect. It's about being predictable.
My clients didn't give 5 stars because the edits were the best they'd ever seen. They gave them because:
β I delivered when I said I would
β I communicated before they had to ask
β I treated their brand like it mattered β because it does
Skill gets you in the room. Reliability keeps you there.
If you're just starting out on Contra: stop worrying about your portfolio. Start worrying about your process.
