Inventory & Order Management Dashboard — Built on Lovable
A fully custom 3-way supply chain and order management platform built for a B2B trading business operating across the Gulf market.
The system manages the entire order lifecycle — from procurement request to supplier dispatch, Mumbai warehouse receipt, and final export to Dubai — with real-time status tracking at every stage. Three separate role-based dashboards were built for Admin, Supplier, and the Dubai operations team, each seeing only what is relevant to their role. Supplier names are completely hidden from the buyer-side view by design.
Key features include batch-wise and invoice-level partial dispatch tracking, an Export Consignment Manager that groups shipments under unique consignment tokens for documentation, an AI photo dispatch feature that scans delivery notes and auto-updates order status, and a live Product-wise Summary showing Total Ordered, In Mumbai Warehouse, En Route to Dubai, and Shipped percentage per SKU.
A Debtors module sits alongside the order system, giving the Dubai team visibility into outstanding balances with live action items, owner assignment, and follow-up tracking — all in one platform.
Tech: Lovable, Supabase, React, role-based access control
Result: Replaced a manual WhatsApp + spreadsheet operation with a single system the entire team uses daily across two countries.
This is a great example of solving an operational problem, not just building software. The role-based views and end-to-end visibility are what make adoption much more likely across different teams.
