There's a particular kind of stillness that happens when you lie back in an open field at night. The grass cool against your skin, the breeze moving slow and unhurried, and above you, an entire sky quietly holding its light for no one in particular. No noise. No performance. Just warmth, given freely.
That feeling is what Compliment Chain tries to hold.
It's a small space of starry soft screens, a night sky, and words. Anonymous compliments drift in starlight: no names attached, no likes to chase, nothing to perform for. You send one, and somewhere, it becomes a quiet point of light in someone else's sky. You receive one, and for a moment, the noise of everything else just... settles.
Built in Figma, every detail was shaped around the idea of letting kindness arrive gently, letting it linger a little, the way a breeze does before it moves on.
This is my entry for the Figma #configmakeathon 2026, it's a small, sincere attempt at Building with Purpose. Not the next big platform. Just a quiet place for people to feel, even briefly, that they matter.

I built Echo Cord for my mother.
After being diagnosed with early-onset dementia, everyday routines became harder to navigate. Medications. Appointments. Even simple daily tasks.
But one thing never changed.
She still wanted to maintain her independence.
Echo Cord is a caregiving companion designed to help families communicate routines, medications, appointments, and daily tasks through simple visual Echoes. Each Echo is delivered as a single focused task, reducing complexity while providing reassurance for both loved ones and caregivers.
Built for the Config Makeathon, Echo Cord was designed and prototyped in Figma using Figma Make and Figma Design Agent. The workflow focused on exploring caregiver and patient experiences, refining accessibility-first interactions, and designing for clarity, simplicity, and confidence.
While inspired by dementia care, Echo Cord was designed with broader applications in mind, including memory support, cognitive recovery, traumatic brain injury recovery, and other caregiving scenarios where clear communication matters.
Back Story:
Echo Cord is deeply personal to me and, at times, difficult.
Throughout the design process, I found myself thinking about my mother constantly. Every screen, interaction, and word was shaped by a simple question:
"Would this make things easier for Mom?"
What began as a design challenge quickly became something much more meaningful. This project is my way of turning a deeply personal experience into something that might help other families facing similar challenges.

I built Chirp, a temporary shared room for small moments — 10-second sounds, photos, doodles, and stickers that disappear after 24 hours.
Most online spaces today feel public, permanent, and performative. I wanted to make the opposite: a private, playful, low-pressure room where people can leave tiny traces together without creating another profile, feed, or archive.
Anyone can create a room without logging in, share a unique link, and invite others to record short sounds, reply with audio, add photos, place stickers, or doodle on the canvas.
Chirp may look like a playful canvas, but it is not a productivity board or a persistent workspace. The 24-hour expiration is part of the design: because everything fades away, people can post more casually and treat the room like a shared moment, not a social feed.
I built Chirp with Figma Make to explore how Figma can be used to create an interactive, expressive, and temporary web experience.
Note: Chirp is an experimental prototype built for Config Makeathon. Rooms and uploaded content are temporary, so please don’t use it for sensitive information.
