Created an AI-driven accounting platform in Laravel featuring automated invoice processing and seamless Xero integration. System accepts invoice uploads (PDF/images), extracts data using OpenAI Vision API and Tesseract OCR, then automatically creates invoices in Xero via API. Includes bank reconciliation with intelligent matching algorithms, multi-company workspace management, and granular role-based access control. Built with Laravel 10, MySQL, Redis queues for background processing, email Routing (accept invoice through email ( Every company has its unique email ) and AWS S3 storage. OAuth 2.0 for Xero authentication. Achieved 95% extraction accuracy. It is Hosted On VPS.
