Human by Design: Driving AI with Instinct
About the Project
AI can generate stunning visuals in seconds, but it still lacks one crucial element: human intuition, taste, and emotional depth. For the Envato Challenge, I wanted to showcase the exact moment where human judgment turns a raw AI layout into a high-end, commercial-grade video.
The Workflow & My "Human by Design" Moment
When working with AI video generations, it’s easy to get lost in technical perfection that ultimately feels empty. My turning point in this project was realizing that not everything should be AI-generated. If there is high-quality B-roll, crisp sound effects, or a powerful music track already available, a real director uses them to ground the project in reality.
Instead of forcing the AI to fix its own pacing or audio mistakes, I took full control of the director's chair:
The Core: Used Envato Elements as my main creative hub to source real B-roll, seamless transitions, and precise sound design.
The Human Touch: Cut out the uninspired AI shots, restructured the timing, and layered organic audio to build actual tension and emotion.

Secondary Tools: CapCut / Canva
At the end of the day, AI might build the frame, but only a human creator can build the emotion. 🎬⚡

Kokeshi set out to turn recycled Japanese textiles into a contemporary luxury fashion brand, with the budget of a startup rather than an established label. I developed the brand concept, Beautiful Violence, contrasting refined craftsmanship with samurai culture: heritage, strength, and rebellion within a high-fashion visual world. To bring that vision to life before physical production, I used AI to rapidly create high-end visuals and films defining the brand's aesthetic and storytelling, giving Kokeshi the presence and polish of an established luxury label from day one.

Air Sculpt - sculpt with your bare hands, in the air.
For 30,000 years we've shaped stone with our hands. I wanted to know: what if you still could - without ever touching a mouse?
Air Sculpt is a browser tool where you sculpt a real 3D marble form using only hand gestures, tracked live through your webcam, then export a genuine, 3D-printable file. The oldest art, in the palm of your hand.
🏛️ What it does
Pinch in the air to carve - the marble swells where you point, like clay
Press to push in, Smooth to polish, two hands to scale, a fist to rotate
Switch materials - marble, clay, bronze, alabaster
Finish → name your piece → export a real .STL you can 3D print
Every sculpture lives on in a museum gallery you turn through like a real exhibition
The whole thing is built as a classical sculpture museum - warm marble, golden skylight, an atelier you step into. Modern hands, ancient craft.
✨ How Wonder made it possible
I designed the entire world in Wonder:
Wonder Chat — built every screen (atelier, gallery, reveal, about) by describing them and reshaping on the canvas
Shaders — the golden museum light, drifting marble dust, and glowing material spheres are all real Wonder shaders, the whole atmosphere, not decoration
Figma paste-in — sketched a frame in Figma, dropped it in, Wonder matched it
MCP → Claude Code — because in Wonder the design is real code, I connected straight to Claude Code and shipped the whole thing live. No handoff, no rebuild. What I designed is what shipped.
The hand-tracking runs on MediaPipe + Three.js; Wonder was the design engine behind all of it.
I walked into Wonder to design a museum and walked out with a working product.
Built for the Wonder Challenge

Built RED for the Wonder × Contra challenge.
RED is an incident response workspace for cyber crisis teams — designed around one simple idea:
Most security tools show what is happening. RED shows what to do next.
I used Wonder to design the full product system: visual identity, landing page, incident overview, incident detail workspace, timeline reconstruction, evidence review, reports, promo frames, and a Codex/MCP-ready prototype direction.
The result is a calm, dark, operational interface for high-pressure incidents: severity, phase, owner, evidence, AI review state, and report readiness all visible without the usual cyber-dashboard chaos.
