Every focus app I tried was either too complex, too cluttered, or just not something I wanted to look at for hours. So I built my own. Lumeo is a focus timer with one idea at the center: grow flowers while you focus. And that's pretty much it. I vibe coded it solo with Claude Code. 3 weeks to design, illustrate, and build, 3 weeks of testing. Released it on Google Play today. It's also the first app I've ever shipped.
