A client should not need to decode your case study to understand what you contributed.
Strong work can look ordinary when the problem, ownership, decisions and outcome are buried under a complete process recap.
A convincing case study does not show everything.
It helps a client quickly answer:
• Did this designer understand the problem?
• What did they actually own?
• Why did they make those decisions?
• What value did the work create?
If those answers are clear, the work has a better chance of being judged on its real strength.

Added a new case study that I'm so excited to share!
This one started as an unused creative direction from a previous branding project that I still really loved, so I decided to give it a new life as Maple Café.
Swipe to see where it started → and how I adapted the original direction into a playful, nostalgia-inspired café brand with bold typography, warm colors, and celebratory details throughout.
Sometimes, the problem isn’t that the product doesn’t work it’s that it doesn’t feel right to use.
I was recently brought in to redesign an internal communication tool for an organization. The team had already vibecoded the initial interface, but as a chat product, it didn’t quite capture the natural, human feel that makes conversations easy and enjoyable.
The brief was also clear: don’t make it another Slack or Discord.
So instead of forcing familiar patterns onto the product, I reworked the interface around a more approachable conversation experience refining the layout, hierarchy, navigation, messaging patterns, and visual language to give the product its own identity while keeping communication effortless.
