Built an AI-Powered n8n Workflow That Creates Faceless YouTube Shorts Automatically š
I recently built an end-to-end n8n automation that turns a simple niche idea into a fully edited YouTube Short, without manual scripting, voice recording, or video editing.
What the workflow does:
ā¢ Finds a relevant topic based on your niche
ā¢ Generates an AI-written script
ā¢ Creates a realistic AI voiceover
ā¢ Matches B-roll to each scene
ā¢ Adds animated captions and background music
ā¢ Applies branding, smooth zoom effects, and exports a ready-to-publish 1080Ć1920 video
The entire process runs automatically through n8n, making it ideal for creators, agencies, and businesses that want to scale short-form content production.
I also built a preview mode, allowing you to review and edit the final video before consuming any paid API credits.
This project is powered entirely by standard n8n nodes with no custom plugins, making it easy to deploy, customize, and extend for different content niches.
