This project is a healthcare dashboard I built in Tableau to understand how a hospital is performing across key areas.
It brings together important metrics like revenue, admissions, readmission rate, and average length of stay in one place. The goal was to make it easy to spot trends, compare departments, and identify areas that need attention.
I included views for department-wise admissions, readmission analysis, patient stay distribution, insurance vs out-of-pocket revenue, and overall trends over time. There’s also a simple view to look at doctor-level satisfaction.
Overall, this dashboard helps in making quicker and better decisions using data, especially for improving patient care and managing hospital operations.

Teen Mental Health Data Analysis (Excel)
This project focuses on analyzing teen mental health data to understand how factors like screen time, social interaction, and daily habits impact overall well-being.
Using Microsoft Excel, I cleaned and organized the dataset, then applied data analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends. I created Pivot Tables and interactive dashboards to visualize key insights in a simple and clear way.
