Just published a conceptual reimagining of the DHL web experience! 📦

A little backstory: this actually started as a design test for a role at DHL Germany. While I didn't land the job in the end (sometimes the stars just don't align, and that's okay!), I got some amazing feedback from their Lead Designer during the interview and had a great time working on it. I’m really proud of how it turned out and wanted to share the results with you all!

For this project, I focused on streamlining core logistics tasks by improving the UX of two primary user journeys: 1️⃣ Select Delivery Time: A quick flow for recipients to schedule incoming shipments. 2️⃣ Send from Draft: A step-by-step flow for senders to easily resume and dispatch a saved package.
