The platform includes live dashboards powered by real queries, giving visibility into open vs closed tasks, technician workload, and critical equipment. A dynamic Kanban workflow allows teams to manage tasks intuitively while keeping backend data, status, and timelines in sync.
It also supports preventive scheduling through calendar-based planning, ensuring missed maintenance directly impacts asset health metrics. Combined with analytics like resolution time, repeat failures, and asset risk, GearGuard helps teams detect issues early and reduce costly downtime.
