Compliance officers do not need to open another tab just to understand whether this client needs extra scrutiny before processing a request. 2. The screen uses progressive disclosure The overview gives users the key context first: services, documents, review dates, and client status. If they need more detail, they can move into specific sections like Services, Banks, Monitor, or Involvements without being overwhelmed on the first view. 3. The layout reduces decision-making effort Information is grouped around the way compliance teams review a client: identity first, then documents, then deeper client relationships. This reduces scanning, makes verification faster, and helps the user focus on the next required action instead of searching through scattered data.
