My name is Elizabeth and I’m based from Austin, Texas. I have been working in mental health/ behavioral health is some capacity for almost a decade. I opened Opus Yoga and Coaching as a resource for those who have completed treatment and feel that their needs need to be addressed in a more concierge/ deliverable fashion. I also provide somatic based interventions by utilizing my background of yoga. I am a 200 hr vinyasa trained yoga instructor. The difference of hiring on a coach or a therapist is that many of the gaps in care can arise from simple therapy. Therapists sometimes do not have the time or means to take a multi-level approach to therapy and many families with a loved one struggling can use the extra support as well. I LOVE what I do, my biggest pride comes from a successful client transformation. Sometimes the right resources, right approach, and loving/ guiding voice is a game-changer in someone’s life and mental health. I work alongside therapists, medical, occupational therapists, or other outpatient providers in tandem to get the best results. Opus Yoga and Coaching has been my brainchild and was born out of my personal experience of healing by using body-based awareness. I also work with a wide range of needs. I am looking for a talented social media strategist to help tell my story and create an interesting and attention grabbing brand. I have plenty to share and just need the right creative direction.
