One of my favorite kinds of exteriors to render - a modern farmhouse with that dark board-and-batten and brick chimney combo that looks beautifully from every angle. Rendered the front entry, rear patio, and the garage separately so the client could see the full property from every approach before a single tree was planted. This is exactly the kind of project where getting the material balance right (matte siding vs. brick vs. glass) makes or breaks how "real" it feels.

Four Storey Mixed :Use Residential Development
This project presents a thoughtfully designed four-storey mixed-use residential development comprising four spacious two-bedroom apartments and an exclusive three-bedroom penthouse with a private terrace.
The ground floor accommodates complementary mixed-use functions, including a lock-up shop, lightweight water factory, main entrance, security post, parking for up to three vehicles, and a central staircase providing access to the residential floors above.
The first and second floors each feature spacious two-bedroom ensuite apartments. Each unit includes two ensuite bedrooms with private balconies, a guest WC, a well-planned kitchen with a dedicated service balcony, dining area, and generous living room opening onto a private balcony. The layout is designed to maximize natural daylight, ventilation, privacy, and everyday functionality.
The third floor is dedicated to an exclusive three-bedroom penthouse. It features three ensuite bedrooms with private balconies, a spacious living and dining area, modern kitchen with service balcony, guest WC, and a generous private terrace designed for outdoor relaxation, entertainment, and panoramic views.
Overall, the development combines residential, commercial, and light-industrial functions within a carefully coordinated architectural scheme. The design prioritizes efficient circulation, privacy, functionality, natural lighting, ventilation, and a comfortable contemporary living environment.

I wanted to share a quick video concept I built for IF Studio NY.
Most real estate ads focus on boring specs and square footage. But high-level developers buy vision and positioning.
The idea here plays on a visual metaphor where IF Studio acts as a guiding force over the city. A simple gesture brings warmth, light, and identity to raw architecture, turning a cold structure into an illuminated luxury space.
