I wanted to share a quick video concept I built for IF Studio NY.
Most real estate ads focus on boring specs and square footage. But high-level developers buy vision and positioning.
The idea here plays on a visual metaphor where IF Studio acts as a guiding force over the city. A simple gesture brings warmth, light, and identity to raw architecture, turning a cold structure into an illuminated luxury space.
