Built and managed automated email marketing campaigns to capture leads, nurture prospects, re-engage customers, and increase conversions. Created targeted campaigns, automated workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking for ongoing growth.
Built an AI-powered lead qualification automation using n8n. The system receives incoming leads, validates their information, analyzes customer needs, assigns a lead score from 0 to 100, creates or updates CRM contacts, and sends Telegram notifications. It also handles duplicate contacts and processing errors.
This is a solid, practical build. The flow makes sense: validate → analyze → score → CRM → notify. What I like most is the duplicate handling and error processing — those are usually the first things people skip, and they're exactly what makes a lead system actually usable day...
CASE STUDY: Cold Outreach - How I Handle a "Not Interested"
Most freelancers panic when a brand says "Not interested." I don't.
Here's the exact 3-step framework I used when a 30K+ SaaS brand said No twice:
Step 1 - Initial Pitch: Spotted a retargeting gap in their Meta Ads (prospecting without retargeting for site visitors). Pitched lean.
Step 2 - Value Follow-up: When they said No, I didn't push. Offered a 2-min Loom walking through the gap + 1 strategy fix they could run without me. No pitch attached.
Step 3 - Professional Close: When they said No again, I closed the loop respectfully: "Totally understand - I'll close the loop here. If things change, I'm here. Wishing you success."
Result: They replied "Appreciate it, and wishing you all the best too 🧡" - door left open for future. No burn, no desperation.
Lesson: On Contra and Instagram, how you handle a No matters more than how you pitch a Yes. Professional close > pushy follow-up.
I build the same systems for coaches and DTC brands: Meta retargeting, GoHighLevel automations, and follow-ups that close without being pushy.
Most people only post wins, so a case study on handling "not interested" is a refreshing angle. Which follow-up line gets you the most replies after a no?
Does your inbox get flooded with emails every day?
Client messages, invoices, meeting requests, follow-ups... and somewhere in that mess is an important email you forgot to reply to.
Reading every email, deciding what's urgent, and keeping track of follow-ups shouldn't take up half your day.
That's why I built Smart Gmail Triage Automation.
It's an AI-powered inbox assistant built with n8n, Gmail, and OpenAI.
Here's what it can do:
→ Read and categorize incoming emails
→ Flag urgent messages and organize your inbox with labels
→ Turn important emails into Google Tasks
→ Create calendar reminders for follow-ups
→ Prepare reply drafts for you to review and send
The goal is simple: spend less time sorting emails and more time getting actual work done.
I've shared the full workflow and technical case study on my Contra profile. Feel free to check it out!
Dealing with inbox overload? Send me a DM. I'd be happy to discuss an automation built around your workflow.
