Built an AI-powered lead qualification automation using n8n. The system receives incoming leads, validates their information, analyzes customer needs, assigns a lead score from 0 to 100, creates or updates CRM contacts, and sends Telegram notifications. It also handles duplicate contacts and processing errors.
For the 0-100 lead score, I'd compare score bands with actual CRM outcomes before using a cutoff to route leads. Do you store the scoring criteria and model version so you can tell whether a change improves qualification?
Yeah, that's a fair point. Right now the scoring is based on budget, purchase intent, how clear the request is, and timeline.
I haven't tested the scores against real conversion data yet, so the thresholds would definitely need some tuning in a live environment.
