Figma to WordPress Conversion: SAFF (South Asian Football Federation)

The South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) is the primary governing body for football in South Asia. They required a digital flagship platform capable of handling dynamic tournament data, member association details, and media-rich news updates. My core objective was to flawlessly transform their high-fidelity Figma designs into a pixel-perfect, high-performing WordPress ecosystem.

Because SAFF is a high-traffic sports authority platform, the website needed to visually project trust and energy while remaining exceptionally easy to update. I managed the end-to-end frontend translation, completely bypassing the constraints of rigid, off-the-shelf templates.

Instead, I engineered a highly scalable custom WordPress architecture. By strategically integrating Elementor with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom PHP, I built a dynamic backend that allows the client to seamlessly update match scores, team rosters, and news feeds. I then layered custom CSS and vanilla JavaScript to ensure the front-end interactions remained fluid, lightweight, and fully responsive across all devices.
