Nice flashy effects and animations. But I miss your clear positioning and what you provide in terms of value for your clients?
If you target clients who want such animations, maybe. Otherwise, I'd rather showcase your work and make your client the hero instead of you.

This has a lot of personality! The pixel-art hover effects on the team photos are a great touch. It really helps 'break through the noise' like your copy suggests.
