Built an AI voice receptionist using Vapi and n8n that manages discovery call scheduling through natural phone conversations. The assistant checks real-time Google Calendar availability, books, reschedules, and cancels appointments, syncs customer and appointment data with Airtable, and records call results. The workflow includes validation, conflict checking, alternative time suggestions, and error handling for reliable appointment management.

For the internal pilot, I'd keep a held-out question set per department and compare RAG alone with RAG plus fine-tuning. Which department do you expect to benefit most from tuning, and what errors would you want it to reduce?
