OneHub: Payroll and people operations

OneHub is TechFoundry’s internal operations platform for bringing payroll, expenses and financial reporting together. Monthly payroll uses tax schedules versioned by fiscal year and generates payslip PDFs. The same finalized figures feed reporting, reducing the need to reconcile separate spreadsheets.

For expense review, Claude reads receipt information, categorizes line items and prepares a summary that flags missing documentation and potential policy issues for a person to assess. Administrator and accountant roles keep responsibilities clear. The platform also includes employee records, time off, an audit trail and Microsoft 365 synchronization.
