Mochi is a boba bear mascot built to make a tea brand memorable.
I took Mochi from pencil turnaround sketches to a full-colour character, then built a simple brand system around it: a warm palette, expression rules, and a bento sheet showing how Mochi lives on cups, menus, and social posts.
The goal was simple: the cup holds the tea; Mochi holds the memory.
This is how a social system should work: strong enough rules that the brand reads at thumbnail size, loose enough that the feed never looks copy-pasted. Do you hand clients a Figma kit for this, or build it in something their team edits themselves?
Celvana brand identity & packaging for a red light therapy brand launching in the US.
The category is crowded with identical, unbranded panels. Celvana sells precision, so the brand had to look like medical equipment you can trust: clinical, exact and professional.
