StackD — the website for my own dev & automation agency
StackD builds the software businesses actually need: custom websites, native apps, SaaS platforms, and turning manual processes into automated flows. I designed and built its website end-to-end.
The goal
Position StackD as the lean, transparent alternative to traditional agencies — "real products in the hands of real users, not mockups." Fast demos, a fixed 3-person team, no hidden costs. The site had to feel modern, technical and trustworthy in seconds.
What I built
A fast, responsive marketing site with clear sections: Services, Process (4 steps), Projects, Team and FAQ
Terminal-style touches ($ whoami) to give it a developer personality
A portfolio section featuring real shipped products (SMASH, NOOK, Volea.io, Getflow)
Copy and structure optimized to convert visitors into "no-commitment" discovery calls
How I built it
Next.js + HTML/CSS for a fast, SEO-friendly front end
Deployed on Vercel (CI/CD, edge, instant previews)
Built AI-assisted with Claude Code — pairing with an AI coding agent to design, iterate and ship faster than a solo dev normally could
The takeaway
This is how StackD works, proven on itself: idea → live product in days, not months. The agency site isn't a brochure — it's a demo of the exact speed and quality we deliver to clients.

Honestly, this is one of my favorite moments in the entire process. Because this is the moment when I get to see students “become designers” for the first time
They go from learning fundamentals to presenting full projects as if they’re speaking to real clients or stakeholders.
What makes it even more meaningful is that I grow together with every cohort.
My students constantly show me what can be improved — in the system, in the teaching, in how we structure learning. So in a way, their progress is also a reflection of my own work and my team’s work.
It’s a shared responsibility. And always a moment of evaluation from both sides
Today I’m genuinely proud. I saw people who just a few weeks ago were learning basics now confidently presenting complete, thoughtful design projects.
And it never stops being emotional for me 🥹🥹🥹

I’m thrilled to unveil The Design Oracle (or Design Arcana)—an interactive, mystical tarot experience created specifically for freelancers and designers to reveal the fate of their current projects.
This is my official submission for the Squarespace Make It Real Challenge. My goal was to completely break away from standard grid layouts and see how far I could push the creative boundaries using the new Finish Layer tools.
Here is how the magic works behind the scenes (without a single line of custom code):
Z-Axis & Overlapping: Used Fluid Engine to scatter the cards and floating stickers across the canvas, creating depth and a true "spread" feel.
Hover Reveals: Leveraged native image swap effects so users can organically "draw" a card just by exploring the screen.
Mobile Overrides: Rebuilt the entire chaotic desktop spread into a sleek, functional vertical stack for perfect mobile UX.
After over a decade in UI/UX and brand design, I still believe the best projects start with pure creativity before locking into rigid systems. This was incredibly fun to build.

IKEA — Lighting up your best dreams
AI-generated campaign concept
Full creative direction and image production for a personal IKEA campaign concept: from prompt engineering to final retouch.
The idea: a sleeping figure in a set built half like a bedroom, half like a stage, where light does most of the storytelling, shifting from near-darkness to a warm sunrise-like glow, as if dawn were happening just out of frame.
I handled the full pipeline: prompt engineering and art direction in Claude, image production in Flora with Nano Banana Pro, post-production in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. From the hero shot, I also generated a coherent set of product-level close-ups using the same prompt and source image, same light, same mood, no separate shoot required.
