This project started from scratch, with no established advertising system or proven campaigns. I built and managed the entire Meta Ads strategy from the ground up: market and audience research, campaign structure, creative testing, optimization and scaling. We tested 5+ communication angles and dozens of video and static creatives, introduced MOF audiences and retargeting, and continuously optimized performance. The result was 357 purchases at an average CPA of $7.06 from $2,205.45 in ad spend.
