3D Blender Vending Machine CAD Mechanical Engineering
Streamlined the path to production by eliminating design bottlenecks and ensuring absolute manufacturing readiness. By taking this project through a rigorous Concept to Manufacturing cycle, I optimized internal dispensing clearances, structural sheet metal component placement, and material selection to minimize production errors and reduce assembly lead times.
Utilizing precise 3D CAD Modeling, I developed production-ready layouts tailored to standard industrial tolerances. I implemented strict DFM/DFA principles to deliver highly accurate Technical Drawing sets and crisp Product Visualization assets for a seamless factory rollout.

Engineered a premium kitchen appliance using advanced Industrial Product Design and Mechanical Design workflows. Handled the complete Concept to Manufacturing pipeline, turning an air fryer concept into a functional, multi-component assembly. Focused heavily on thermal airflow efficiency and sleek user ergonomics.
Developed detailed 3D CAD Modeling configurations and handled complex Plastic Product Design enclosures. Followed strict DFM/DFA principles to deliver precise Technical Drawing sets and crisp Product Visualization files ready for factory production.

For this surf brand concept, I explored two hero directions.
A → Product-first. Puts the board and experience at the center.
B → Lifestyle-first. Creates a stronger emotional connection before introducing the product.
