I think V2 is the cleanest one!
I'm initially drawn to the second one because it's more pleasing aesthetically. But also, from a strictly functional perspective, the second one also gives an easy, clear, immediate option to opt-in, which might work better for conversion. Just my initial thoughts!

2 would have been great but i noticed a slight unevenness in white space from the left to right, 😅 it Could be intentional but i just can't unsee it
