First week on Contra, done ✨

Coming from Upwork, this has definitely been a bit of a learning curve, but I’ve been enjoying it so far. Gonna be honest, by day 3 I wasn’t fully into it yet.

I started with a discover score of 53 and I’m now at 86, which honestly just makes me want to keep improving and see how far I can take it.

Any advice for newbies here on Contra? 👀

Be consistent, and you’ll see results here. I also came from Upwork about 5 months ago, and now my discovery score is 273.

hat's really motivating for someone just starting out like me! The honesty about day 3 is so real !! How did you push through that early slow phase?

Hi Francisca, I'm also new to Contra, so I don't have any tips unfortunately, but maybe you have some for me ? How did you increase your discovery score ? I also noticed we're quite close geographically, you're in Hendaye and I'm in Bordeaux :)

Hii Jade 😊 Ahh no way, we are so near! Welcome to Contra!

Still in a learning curve, but from what I've explored so far, here's some stuff that's been helping me: 1 - Apply to projects regularly 2 - Make sure the profile projects are optimized 3 - Engage with community 4 -...

Hey again! Thanks a lot for your reply, I'm gonna try to work on all these things. I didn't know that applying to projects regularly makes a difference, but it makes sense. Looking forward to seeing your next project Francisca ! See you around :)
