A fully AI-generated advertising video for Mizuno Wave Prophecy sneakers — from static visuals to full animation, created entirely with AI tools.
Process:
— Product visuals generated in ChatGPT using a custom tag-based prompt system (effects, atmosphere, style)
— Static frames animated with Kling AI — camera movement, water and fire dynamics, lighting effects
— Sound design and final edit
This project is an experiment demonstrating how accessible advertising visual content creation has become — without a camera crew, a studio, or expensive equipment.

I’ve been using Midjourney to develop scenes and characters for a children’s animated music video, then bringing the still imagery into Kling for animation and CapCut for the final edit.
One of the biggest challenges has been maintaining visual consistency from scene to scene while still responding to client revisions — character scale, expressions, clothing, environment and continuity all matter once individual AI generations become part of a larger story.
It’s been an interesting reminder that generating the image is really only the beginning. The bigger creative challenge is turning those generations into something that works as a cohesive finished production.
Here are a few frames from the project and how they developed.
The consistency part is definitely one of the biggest challenges with AI animation. Getting individual shots to look good is one thing, but keeping the characters, environments and story consistent across the whole video is where the real work happens. Great breakdown.

Created a realistic cinematic AI commercial concept for Surf Excel, featuring premium product shots, natural environments, realistic motion, and polished advertising visuals.

The product shots and overall realism make this feel much closer to a real commercial than a typical AI concept. I especially like how the visuals keep the product as the main focus while still making the environment feel cinematic.
