Entered the Descript challenge on a whim!
I’ve always kept my visual storytelling pipeline inside my own head, so building a video that actually teaches my animation pacing workflow was a completely new experience.
The hardest part wasn’t the technical edit it was showing the "messy middle" and the early drafts that failed before landing on the fix.
