AI Customer Support Agent (RAG-Based)

I designed and deployed an ai chatbot capable of resolving 80% of common support tickets. The system is powered by a make com automation that connects a frontend chat interface to an airtable database for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). As a make com expert, I optimized the make com scenario to ensure fast response times and accurate data fetching through a custom api integration. This workflow automation also includes a fallback to a human agent, showing my ability to fix workflow gaps in high-stakes automation environments.
