Rampage Baja UFJF Management System
The Rampage Baja UFJF Management System is a web-based platform developed to centralize and organize the management of the Baja SAE team. The project was designed to replace fragmented processes and provide a single environment where members can manage technical, administrative, and team-related activities.
The system includes a dashboard with an overview of the team's current status, active members, projects, pending tasks, upcoming competitions, and accumulated working hours.
One of its main features is the task management system, organized in a Kanban-style workflow with stages such as Backlog, In Progress, In Review, and Completed. Tasks can include priorities, deadlines, assigned members, and completion status, making it easier for different sectors of the team to coordinate their activities.
The Vehicle module allows the team to manage different Baja versions and keep track of important technical information such as weight, power, torque, and maximum speed. It also provides dedicated sections for components, tests, and failures, creating a structured history of the vehicle's development and maintenance.
The platform also includes modules for members, projects, telemetry, work hours, finances, calendar, and warnings, creating an integrated management environment for the entire team.
From a software development perspective, the project involved designing a role-based management system, database structures, authentication, dashboards, CRUD operations, and a responsive user interface. The visual identity was built around the team's red, black, and white branding.
Overall, the project demonstrates how software can be applied to engineering team management, connecting project organization with the technical development of the Baja vehicle and helping the Rampage Baja UFJF operate in a more structured, collaborative, and data-driven way.
